Transformers - Quality Radio & Amplifiers
West St., Farnham, Surrey
Sound Sales were a British manufacturer of transformers, test equipment, high quality valve radios and audio equipment, and even TV receivers. They were active from the 1920s to the 1950s (perhaps even later).
I don't know a great deal about them, but I'll share what I have in the hope that it will be of some use to others. The best source of information I've found so far is the archives of Gramophone.
There are also adverts and product reviews in Wireless World magazine from the 1930s onwards. Their transformers were regularly used in high-end audio equipment designs featured in the magazine.
